Positive good facilities, clean, nice staff. Good bed (although a bit small) good functioning (and quiet) AC in room. Negative internet for 12 EUR/24 hours is not acceptable any more. Breakfast (17 EUR) for continental on the expensive side. Hotel has a nineties look and feel and good use an upgrade to more modern look.
