The building has a historic atmosphere. The style will be characterised by a pseudo-Gothic abundance of details, ornaments true to the era and warm, dark colours, which will allow the uniqueness of the building to be emphasised. The dominating materials are natural stone, dark wood, multicoloured fabrics and wrought iron. Light fittings will be imitations or historical wrought iron with lamps similar to handmade glass or textile shades.

The interior design of the lobby and the dining hall connects medieval and modern styles. A contemporary room solution has been placed between historical walls; natural materials are adorned with modern accents.

Meriton Old Town Hotel has 41 rooms. There are 3 single rooms and 38 double rooms. 6 of the most spacious rooms, 2 of which have balconies, are called Bella Vita rooms.
