Place and location are good, nice garden

 Cold coffee and burned croissants, no good service and continue request supplying.
Cleaning of the room was not good organized. I left the room at 10 am and came back at 4 pm, just then the maid was cleaning the room. |

Breakfast, sports - not availed of.
Good location - Place d'Italie - for business or pleasure.
I will stay there, if at all possible, on my next visit to Paris.
