| Staff during breakfast does not notice where the buffet needs improving: orange juice machine left without oranges to squeeze and/or too many orange peels to continue working, cake left which was badly mutilated and noone would have eaten from it any longer, sausages not warm enough, many little things to improve |

| The room was not really clean this time. A lot of dusts everywhere. One day the cleaning staff just put the trash inside the toilette. When I return to the room, the trash was floating in the toilette.. because the contain was too big to flush out. I of course had to fish them out if I want to use the toilette. |

| staff unpleasant, didn't care if we were there or not. were given a disabled room overlooking street,very noisy, when booked courtyard room. the place was decorated in bordello red, not a good look. very few shelves in bathroom, disabled people must have toiletries too and what's with the tv speaker in b/room that you can't turn off. aircon didn't work. too hot. |

Pleasant design, good food

| windows are not soundproof - if your room goes towards the street, you'll hear the tram, trucks, and even people's heels clicking on the pavement at night. asking the hotel explicitly for a room towards the quiet courtyard and even agreeing to pay more for that, I *still* got a room to the street - and felt ripped off. |
