| ich habe drei mal an der Rezeption angebracht, dass meine Karte für mein Zimmer nicht funktioniert, sie wurde gewechselt, angeblich hat ein Techniker nach der Tür geschaut, nichts half, jedes mal stand ich wieder vor meiner Tür und konnte sie nicht öffnen und musste 4 Stockwerke runter zum Empfang.
Das Mitagessen war geschmacklich schlecht, das Frühstück okay, jedoch nie frischer Obstsalat. Salat zum Abendessen war fade. |

This hotel is very good value for money. We especially appreciated the fact that breakfast was available until 11am and if there was little food left at 10:45 food was replenished. We didn't have to eat just what was left over. We also appreciated being able to keep the room until 12noon on check out day. Overall a great place to stay. We didn't try the fitness centre so cannot comment.

| stuffy aircon, no matter what temperature you set it. when the window was opened I was able to breath again but no sleep because of terrible loud traffic noise from the Heilbronner Strasse |

| Availability for international phonecall from the hotel to other countries was not good. Even no information was available for the way of calling from the staff. Several tries to call were failed, but be charged without connection. |

The hotel was very "unobtrusive", exactly what I needed on such a business trip. I overslept one morning, and they helped me out with a breakfast box to go.
