room key didnt work - return to reception to have reprogrammed, entered room = very cramped single bedded room - double ordered - trying ringing reception from bboth hotel phone & from my mobile phone - no answer after at least 5 minutes of ringing, had to return to reception & join long queue to ask to sawp to the double that i had booked - very reluctant to do so. eventually given key to new room - entered & room very cold- bed not made properly. No remote control for TV & manual buttons would not swap the TV from the initial hotel menu - another trip to reception (only one person on duty at the busy evening check in period). on trying to pay for my dinner i had to go first to the bar & then reception as none of their card machines were working basically cheap & nasty except the restauarnt which was just too expensive for what the food was - wont be using again & wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.

When room noises complained about, was changed without fuss
 
On arrival 11.50pm, no booking could be found, despite me calling earlier in the day to warn of my late arrival. Allocated a box room (230)over the kitchens from which a generator was running all night
