friendly staff great location clean rooms
 
very expensive parking which was not pointed out when it says hotel parking you dont then expect to pay three times the amount than the car park next door

Hotel met expectations. Staff were very good
 
There was a problem of most guests arriving at the same time as they were going to the Springsteen concert. Refreshments were provided while we queued but more staff would have been a good solution

Location , friendly staff
 
Nice hotel, expensive, and a surprise to also find an additional charge of 15 pound's to park your car, if they want people to use the hotel , would it not be a benefit to offer parking ? Fail to see how this is an expense on the hotel.

Booked 2 rooms and one was upgraded as it was a birthday which was lovely good location and easy to find not bad for city hotel
 
Nothing negative really although as all guests decided to go for breakfast at the same time staff did struggle a little

It's a reasonable place to stay in a good location.
 
Not the cleanest, nasty breakfast with very poor and unhealthy options, nothing about the hotel is spectacular or memorable in a good way. Staff pretty ropey on basic customer service.
