Positive friendly staff great location clean rooms Negative very expensive parking which was not pointed out when it says hotel parking you dont then expect to pay three times the amount than the car park next door

Positive Hotel met expectations. Staff were very good Negative There was a problem of most guests arriving at the same time as they were going to the Springsteen concert. Refreshments were provided while we queued but more staff would have been a good solution
