"The receptionist was extremely helpful because we arrived early from Wiltshire and our room was not ready, I explained that we had a wedding to attend that afternoon and she advised us to wait in the bar and she would call us when the room was ready - we only had 25 minutes to wait, she was very helpful and very courteous. We did not eat breakfast in the restaurant but it appeared very busy and popular."
