The breakfast ist fine and the variety excellent. However, the breakfast room is too small and the personnel too few if groups are staying in the hotel. This means that in the four nights of stay I only was asked ONE morning what I wanted to drink. The other three mornings I could serve myself water or juice, however, I had no chance to get a hot drink other than coffee.

Breakfast was really good (included in Christmas offer). It was easy to find free of charge parking near the hotel.

Far enough from the city center. It’s possible to fund hotel in the center for about the same money. Rooms are not good enough for 4*. Toilet was dirty.

Even as a regular guest (25 nights in the last 3 months), the service is quite bad. Sometimes Breakfast is included, sometimes not. Even the staff does not know exactly (misleading infos).

i expected the additional bed in the room to be a full bed and not a pull out sofa bed. but overall good value and i will probably look for mercure in future.
