The quality of food and service at the restaurant is clearly not at the expected level for the price.
Rooms on the Aachener straße side are a little noisy.
Business clients should have at least a free bottle of water in their room !

The price quoted was 74 euros but when we arrived it was only 59 euros as our child was under 12. very friendly staff towards our child. breakfast quite expensive so didn't eat at hotel.
in details below - "with kids" is very bad English and shows a lack of respect. Please change this to "with children"!
