The food in the bar area was not eatable. (Burger with half defrosted meat)

Unfriendly staff at reception desk! Although a non-smoking room had been reserved (2 month in advance!) I got a smelly smoking room! There were neither proposals for alternative solutions nor any apology!

the staff in the reception made a mistake to give us rooms still occupied. after returning to the reception, i got upset. because the staff never pretended to be sorry.

Very poor ironing facilities!

One of the primary reasons we selected your hotel was because it had air conditioning, however, the first room we were placed in the air system did not work and the second room we were placed in it did not cool the room down to a comfortable degree. I had also paid extra for a river view. Our first room was next to the river with a great view but when we were moved we had a view of the city but your management did not discount my bill when we checked out. Needless to say that was very disappointing. In order to select your accommodations again, the offer would have to make it worth while. I was also surprised when you did not have concierge service.

The pillows are very thick and hard. After the first night, I had a stiff neck; the next night I used a folded-up comforter instead. Judging by the response from the front desk, a lot of people have this complaint.
