Wie immer gelangen viele Geräusche durch die Türe. Aber es ging und ich konnte einschlafen :-) Etwas unklar ist, was das "Business Package" beinhaltet, ich habe auch nicht explizit nachgefragt.

I had left my glasses in the room after checking-out. The lady from the reception desk was very helpful and took care of having the staff search for it immediately and got back to me in no time. That was very good service indeed.
 
The rooms are not very soundproof. I could easily follow the neighboor's phone calls. It was very disturbing.

Plain business hotel with plan business rooms. Nothing special at all, clean though and fulfilling the purpose.
 
Even if I book a single room - don't give me one towel only. And please, don't put only one bed sheet and small comforter on the bed although it's a double-bed.

Es gab bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Die Dame an der Rezeption empfand dies nicht als ernstes Problem ("Dann haben wohl zu viele Gäste gleichzeitig geduscht") - kann man warmes Wasser in Hotels heutzutage nicht mehr als Standard erwarten?

Zimmer i.O. keine Beanstandungen, für diese Preisklasse akzeptabel
 
Kein Sportbereich. Personal ist nicht fähig an einem Freitag innerhalb einer akzeptablen Zeit, eine richtige Rechnung zu erstellen, von Rechnung an die Privatadresse,bis über Rechnung ohne jeglichen Betrag alles dabei.Zuletzt Rechnung ohne Steuerausweis.Alles in allem 20min benötigt und deshalb verspätet zu einem Termin.
