clean and the breakfast was great

the stuff was useless. we were waiting twice for more than an hour in their cafe to oder something to drink. I finaly had to go to the bar and when I complained the waitress was very unfriendly! he guy from the reception was a nightmare too. Incompetent !!

TV chanels are not sufficient, mostly in German an foreign chanels are exclusively information chanels. A movie chanel in English would be a good idea.

Leider gab es eine Menge Schamhaare im Bad. Da macht es wenig Spaß zu Duschen und die vorhanden Handtücher zu nutzen. Zudem ist es unmöglich, mit geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen.

one small adjustment: the shuttle bus was not avaliable on 25th morning , this service is very necessary and have to be very accurate for make the hotel approachable to public transportation. Thanks again . Shlomo Algazi ARCO co.
