actually nothing was positive.
it is a disgrace for Mercure Hotels what this hotel offers for the money. The rooms are normally 200-300 euros (you can get a similar room for a third of the price, also in the neighbourhood). Free internet?? yes in the lobby and slower then slow, in the room you pay another good amount (again, check the room price). Parking at the hotel? yes, also for a good amount of extra money and the parking spaces make it even difficult to get out of an Opel Corsa (and not only for those that are a bit over normal weight and do no sports). Finally, breakfast? sorry, at an extra cost of Eu 18,00 !!!! I will never go again and will never recommend this hotel!!!

IT support was very helpful & patient with reconnecting to the wifi
Wifi strength was very poor, and lack the ability to have more than one device connected.
Threw system was very unstable, did not allow easy connection to the network - very complicated, requiring interaction with IT support, and therefore took far to long to connect.

- Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- Restaurant is open late.
- There seemed to be plenty of parking, and it was free.
- Located close to the FRA airport. Easy to get to the airport from this hotel.
- Hotel is somewhat difficult to find.
- Decor is 'interesting'. Very eccentric colors and and decorations.

Inexpensive
Shuttle runs from different location at airport than other hotel shuttles and less frequently. 20 Euro taxi ride to hotel and big problem with taxi drive to take the short fare. Television did not work. Will not stay here again.

I didn't like the hotel. I hated that you ask for passport number (you have no business asking). Also the wait to check in was excessive and the elevator is very slow. I also had blood stains on the shower curtain which is unacceptable.

Very friendly staff. Felt very comfortable in room
I wish I could have had coffee without ordering breakfast. I didn't have time to have a full breakfast each day, and was very disappointed that there was no coffee service available either in the room or restaurant.
