The hotel room was too hot. Air condition did not work properly. I was asking from reception if somebody could look the air condition to get room temperature decrease but nothing happened

It is close to the Neu-Isenburg-Center and to our client.

The surrounding (e.g. Food) is not that good - that means all shops are closing by 8pm latest.

The checkout agent had to print my invoice 5 times to get the address right - even though I stayed at least 5 times at this hotel in the past and always used the same checkout address and I added the address to the check-in form and provided my business card upon arrival. Unless you leave notes for the maids to leave things where they are you will find your room and bathroom completely reorganized when you return in the evening.

Nice clean, well kept hotel and rooms. Price was in line with comparitive hotels. Easy access to the airport once directions are given and understood.

Breakfast doesn't start until 7:00 AM. Those, like us, who have an early flight must forfeit breakfast at the hotel. There are only 3 free parking spots at the hotel. All other parking must be paid for in the parking garage. Free parking on the website is misleading. Also, the maps of Frankfurt, and the airport, available at the hotel do not extend as far as where the hotel is located.
