Drunk guys coming to their room at night made it clear the rooms weren't all too soundproof.

I was totally surprised how great the hotel, the rooms and set up was. In particiular I have to point out the incredible friendliness of ALL the staff. I have stayed in many, many hotels but this has to be one of the best. Not even mentioning the considerably low price.

Your staff is uniformly exceptional. Thank you for caring for us so well.

I would have expected internet service in all rooms, and specifically requested such at checkin, only to be told that none was available, but that I could pay for wireless access in the lobby. Of course, I later found that I could have been assigned to a room with internet acess. All in all, this was the only disappointment during our stay, but from my perspective, was a critical failure.

dinners included in package were very impressive-absolutely great.Choice and quality for breakfasts-on the highest point.I didn't expect such level.

After room cleaning by hotel service- no shower gel in shower.It was already empty when we arrived

Really a nice hotel and very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and free German (Berlin edition) newspapers. The fitness center was nice although of a unisex type, apparently intended for exhibitionists? I am not shy at all (unfortunately no women appeared when there) but others may be, perhaps something to inform about?

I did not succeed in increasing temperature in the room. It was cold with a rather thin somewhat tight synthetic blanket and I wake up several times during the night. The W-lan did not work in all rooms. I had asked about internett before I booked the hotel, but when mentining this at the reception desk they had to change room for me. It is astonishing that the W-lan is not free for guests, I had to pay pr. 24 hours, I was however informed about that before booking. Most hotels I use these days do offer W-lan free of charge.
