The cleaning of the room was impeccable
The breakfast was a bit expensive and I hate scrambled eggs. Or it is probably wrong to call it eggs?

Very centrally located; tram to the beach stops in front. Cinema in front and the major shops.
Breakfast is excellent
Bathroom has a look through window. For some people travelling together that could be uncomfortable

excellent breakfast, very quiet
in description is not written, that clients must pay additionally city tax, which is ~3.8 EUR per night per person, so in total room price for a couple is 7.5 EUR/night more when in reservation and confirmation.
