Good location, right in town
Room to the front too noisy for me, back was ok.

The staff was really helpful and active with all of my queries.
The hotel is well situated in the city center.
My room was quite cold and there was no way to heat it up - just two cooling devices.
I woke up a couple of times because an ambulance drove by the hotel, otherwise the hotel was adequately sound-proof.

I am a regular and overall I am happy with Marriott (alright, a bit disappointed lately)
There are room for improvement, in my opinion, for the followings:
- Inconsistent level of service, e.g. Richard from the lounge is really really excellent, others are probably not as friendly as he is.
- Food at the lounge is not exciting. Breakfast especially needs some changes in the menu (oh, by the way the smoked salmon is removed from the menu)
- Room & equipment looks a bit old and tired

The location is good. It provides the Executive Lounge and free parking service for the gold and platinum members. It always has promotion program.
The hotel and its room is too old. It looks not very clean. The TV is extremely small. The facility of the hotel is not very comprehensive. The overall service is getting worst.
