Zimmer sind in Ordnung (Sauberkeit, Ausstattung). Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis des Hauses ist in Ordnung.

Die primäre Zielgruppe des Hauses sind Jugendliche und Schulklassen. Entsprechend ist das Geräuschniveau. Außerdem sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück war aber selbst für dieses Preisniveau nicht angemessen.

Great location -- right next to the main station in Berlin. No train noise in my room (5th floor). Breakfast was tasty and affordable, if a little short on selection. Free WiFi in the lobby, and in your room if you buy breakfast.

Very tight quarters in the room, but for the price, it was great. Very thin walls -- loud guests next door were easily audible in my room. If you are older, the atmosphere may be too youthful and avant garde for you. Resembles a hostel. Bring your own washcloth.

very clean excellent staff and very close to train station. Tour bus stops out side hotel loads of shops and takeaways in train station

All facilities not explained on arival, And just one occasion were i felt i was shouted at for not having my room card in order to get it stamped for breakfast but this was not explained at check in.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms are bright. The staff is very friendly and 24h there for the guests. the breakfast was fresh and delicious. But the BEST was that the hotel is very near to EVERYTHING. One can go anytime to eat anything within a walking distance and if not the main station is directly nearby, from which EVERY bus or U-Bahn can go everywhere. For the people, who want a see as good as everything of BERLIN it's the BEST.

The room is a bit small. There's no minibar or even a fridge (for the insulin people very disturbing)! The breakfast didn't have so many varieties, but for the price 5.50 € OK!

I much enjoyed my stay. The hotel was ideally situated,conveniently near many of Berlin's major attractions and close to the rail station. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was available at a conveniently early hour - ideal for a early morning getaway - and the coffee was fantastic!! I was on a study trip so was not looking for holiday-type amenities - merely a place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.

None really. I found the noise from the railway tannoy system a bit troublesome the first night, but I was offered an alternative room on the 9th floor which was quiet

The location next to the train station makes it extremely noisy. Train and loudspeaker noises all the time. For this, I think I would not recommend it to friends, nor would I like to stay there again.

The hotel's location is perfect next to the new Main Station in Berlin. Our room was facing the Reichstag and Kanzleramt. The room was very clean, the whole hotel was, as it was brand new and just opened late last year. Breakfast was ok for the price of 5,50 pp. Kids stay and eat for half. Excellent price and quality for staying in downtown Berlin.

Waiting at reception during check-in and check-out was way too long, but might be necessary if one wants to stay for such a good price !

Great breakfast. Staff was very busy but friendly considering. Great place for young people. Although many older people were there.

excellent hotel for the price. Clean and modern with an excellent location and view of the Reichstag / Kanzleramt from the non-station side. Nice exterior blinds on the windows. Perfect for anyone that wants to be near the main station with connections to everywhere.
