Well situated Hotel. Roomstandard was good
When I booked the hotel I requested for an early check in and also a smoking room. These 2 items did appear on the response back from Hotel Bookers reservation No :88155519.
However when I arrived I was told the room is not available and as I had a meeting at 2pm I had to uppack my bag in the luggage area so that I can change to go for my meeting - should this have been informed to my earlier I would have made the appropriate plans.
In addition I was also informed the room is non smoking - whilst I appreciate this is the hotel policy this should have been informed earlier
