unfortunately i have to say that I was not happy with the service for this stay. firstly I had to wait about 20-30min to check in, then I arrived with my suitcases at the door, the key didn=t work! i went down to the receiption , had to wait again to get new card, which was wrong again and took me to a differnt floor. the lift only work with the key card, so i had to come back down to change once more. I had complained heavily, the staff promised to report to the duty manager but since then got no information...very disappointed stay
very slow at the check out too, 30 min....

The hotel has renovated its rooms and kept the standard as 5-star hotel. The quality of services is excellent.
In the evening too much suspicious people trying to rip you off with either "stolen" goods or offering girls etc. This is not inside of the hotel, but on the street once you step away from the hotel.
