"Staff all very helpful and friendly"
 
"No clear info in booking material to say if breakfast was included in price or not. Overslept as tired from very noisy in room so missed it anyway! Noise from boiler or something similar so would be difficult to sheild."

"Wellness area not very clean, especially the sauna not. Not be late at breakfast, otherwise you stand to long under circumstances. The hotel staff did not know that the airport bus stops almost directly opposite and sent us on a journey through the city."
