Nachdem ich schon öfter in diesem Hotel war und bislang sehr zufrieden war, war es diesmal ein großer Reinfall:
1) bei der Buchung hatte ich Nichtraucher und Garage angekreuzt. Ich fand mich danach in einem "deutlich riechenden" Raucherzimmer wieder und die Rezeption sagte mir, dass man davon nichts wüsste und ausgebucht sei.
2) Es fand eine Weihnachtsfeier bis ca. 3:30 Nachts statt und die Gäste feierten zum Teil auch in den Fluren des Hotels. Auch hier sagte mir die Rezeption, dass man nichts machen könne. Daher war in meinem Zimmer leider nicht an Schlaf zu denken.

I am unable to evaluate the description, because I did not read it. I had stayed at the hotel before and used hotel.info to book it this time. However, it is a wonderful hotel in every regard. Any positive comments you make on it are well-deserved.
