A maximum of 2 children 12 years of age and under sharing existing bedding with an adult stay free of charge. A maximum of one rollaway bed for a child 12 years of age and under is subject to availability at USD 50.00 per night plus tax and service charges. Rollaway beds cannot be used in District Standard Double Room / Deluxe City View Double Room / Deluxe Water View Double Room / Tai Pan Club City View Double Room / Tai Pan Club Water View Double Room. Baby cribs are complimentary.
Only small dogs under 10 kilos are accepted. A mandatory non-refundable pet damage deposit of USD 100.00 per pet per stay is charged. A USD 50.00 per pet per day pet occupancy fee is also required. The hotel reserves the right to charge guest for all pet damage to the hotel.

Check In Time: 1500 Check Out Time: 1200 Early Check Out: All departures prior to date agreed at time of check-in are subject to an early departure fee equal to one night room charge plus tax. Some special event dates may have a different early departure fee. Late Check Out: Late check-out after 1200 but before 1800 is subject to a late check-out fee equal to 50 percent of the applicable daily rate plus tax. Late check-out after 1800 is subject to one full additional room night charge plus tax at the applicable daily rate.

Special event date cancellation policy applicable for International Monetary Fund Meeting - 23Sep11-27Sep11 - full prepayment deposit is non-refundable. Standard cancel policy applicable for all other arrival dates - reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to 4PM day of scheduled arrival to avoid a cancel fee equal to 1 night room charge plus tax.
A deposit is required for all arrivals October 10 to 14 2013 - IMF Meeting. Full room charge prepayment including tax is required within 48 hours of booking. Deposit is non-refundable. Accepted for deposit - credit card. Deposit is optional for all other arrival dates unless otherwise stated in the rate description.
