very handy to the airport. great if you have an early morning or late incoming flight. I would not consider staying here other than for those reasons!

Noisy Noisy noisy!!! all types of noises all night long. Bed not at all comfortable. Trouser press not working and I did not like the separate toilet which had no handwashing facilities!!!

The hotel, in general, needs a 'facelift'

It is close to the airport - just across the road. This is the only respect in which it lives up to its description

If you read the description of this hotel quickly it sounds like there is a pool etc = not true - you can access a gym/fitness centre but it closes early and anyway you need a car to get to it. The staff may think that they are "attentive" - we felt pestered with three different staff asking us if we wanted to have a table in the restaurant/order food/have more drinks incessantly. The food was average and breakfast was expensive. This is billed as a 4 star hotel. The Holiday Inn Express that we stayed at on the return leg compared very favourably. In terms of VFM and friendly staff who were there when you needed them but did not pester it beats the Crown Plaza hands down. Breakfast was billed as continental but actually a limited but adequate self sevice cooked breakfast is provided.

The hotel was in an excellent location for the airport and perfect for our early departure

The carpet in the room was coming away at the walls & the bathroom wasn´t the cleanest I have ever seen! The food was very expensive and forced us to eat an overpriced substandard dinner.

The hotel was excellent - no complaints at all. I chose it for its convenient location and would stay there again if I had to travel from Belfast on an early morning flight. Can't comment on breakfast as I didn't opt to eat at the hotel. Not aware of sports/wellness so no comment for that either. Also, details about myself - travelling with - a colleague - perhaps this option should be added

Rooms we were given were not very handicap friendly. The hallways were narrow in both the room and to the room.

The room was ok. Curtains were dirty, kettle, hairdryer and trouser press did not work. Bar facilities not provided. Staff asked for full payment before room was viewed.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, we arrived late on the night of check in, the restaruant was closed but they kindly organised some sandwiches for us in the bar.

Please don't penalise people who don't pay with credit card. We paid cash and as a result we did not have the use of the room telephone. We had needed to check on the family back home and were unable to do so. Bring back the trust factor.

Helpful reception staff and very good location if using Airport.

Initial phone enquiry direct to hotel produced a room price which was 50% higher than your on line price!
