The location was excellent and the breakfast was very good offering a good selection of food.

| There was no curtains/blind in the room, difficult to sleep. The computer in the lobby offering free internet need to be upgraded, very slow. The soap and shower gel pouch are too small, if you are big and tall, you would need a few of those. The housekeeping guy had a bad body odor. Lifts are very slow. Not a single English TV channel, should get CNN or BBC at least |

excellent location at city centre regarding proximity to all lines of all transportation facilities and proximity to most tourist attractions in munich, excellent quality for price

Clean, close to RR station.
Complimentary breakfast was excellent plus, one of the best I have ever experienced. The choice of foods was almost overwhelming. Very nice touch, and much more than I had expected.

Friendly staff. Great reception area. Good breakfast. Good value for money and perfectly placed for the main station, but you do not hear the trains. The street on which the hotel is situated is particularly quiet with very few vehicles passing.

| Not optimal for long stays but great for a couple of nights on a tight budget. Bathroom we had was a little smaller than we are used to, and the shower itself was a little basic. |

I always find the minimum standard of hotel cleanliness and value is much higher for an independent hotel in Germany than the UK. This is a perfect example - for the £50 i paid here the value was outstanding with the breakfast in particular of a very high standard for the price.

The hotel location is adjacent to the Munich Hauptbahnhof (very central location). Breakfast was excellent. The staff was helpful.

| The room provided was on the top floor. An elevator was available only till the floor below, and the approach to this floor was through the fire exit stairs. This approach to the room was rather unexpected. The room was initially smelling, but later sprayed with room perfume. Only one of the heater was working in the room. |

Hotel is located in avery good place, close to Hauptbanhof,close to the center of Munich.Perfect breakfast, friendly staff.To spent 1 -2 nights during busines trip, it is o.k., but not for a longer time.

| Bed sheets are not clean not at all, carpets and the walls are also rather dirty. The room was so small like a prison. |

Hotel is very well situated, 10m from entrance to S-Bahn/Subway. Easy under ground walking distance from main train station. 15 min walking to city centre. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Rooms clean with little street noise. Bathroom clean and everything in working order.
