 I had a room on the ground floor, which was freezing. Despite wearing a long-sleave and a fleece pullover in bed I was still cold. In addition it was not possible to have a HOT shower. Water was only lukewarm.
Hotel was not able to book a taxi one day in advance. Instead they offered a limousine service that was more than twice expensive than the taxi price. Although they told us that it would only take 10 minutes to order a taxi in the morning, it took 35 minutes and we arrived late for our appointment. |
