Beer at the restaurant is drawn under the supervison of Lukáš Svoboda, the 2010 PilsnerUrquell International Master Bartender, and served directly from the tanks in which it is brewed.

U bílé kuželky, the building in which the inn is housed, was designed by the Bohemian Baroque architect Kryštof Dietzenhofer as a family dwelling. Its construction took seven years, from 1708 to 1714, and it has been designated a national cultural treasure.
