INTRODUCTION:
Almost located in San Marco Square, just 70 meters taking the road that passes under the clock tower of the Square, Casa sul Molo for its extremely strong position, the beauty and the breadth of its rooms and numerous amenities, wants to be the new landmark of luxurious facilities that surround the square and throughout the District of San Marco.


LOCATION:
To say only that Casa sul Molo is in the historic center of Venice is an understatement. The property, a building of the early nineteenth century is just a few dozen meters from San Marco Square and is located near the main street in Venice, the road known as the “Mercerie”, full of shops, restaurants, churches and palaces.
Casa sul Molo is obviously close to the Basilica of San Marco, Palazzo Ducale, the Bridge of Sighs, and 4 minutes walk to Rialto Bridge and Grand Canal.

Furnished with a sumptuous Venetian style, refined and elegant, spacious and extremely comfortable, those are ,at glance, the main features of our rooms.
 

We thought of the desire of every customer to stay in an ambiance that reminds of the taste and magnificence of the "Dogi" periods of the eighteenth century.
The high-quality fabrics that we used for the curtains and bed covers, fit the Baroque style furniture with which the rooms are furnished.
The warmth of parquet or carpet that well matched the entire room, giving that exclusive sense of refinement, is finally completed by the comfortable armchairs in soft fabric that furnish the rooms.

The bathrooms in each room are new, spacious and equipped with shower, washbasin, bidet, hair dryer and of course accompanied by sets of toiletries and comfortable slippers in use to our customers.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

The property is located on the third floor of a XVIII century building (no elevator)

WI-fi Connection is free throughout the building.

Breakfast is included in the price of the room and it is served in the morning from 8.30 to 10.00
