Very comfortable, functional, spacey, quiet and convenient room, kitchenette and bathroom, well serviced and clean. Nice view and area around.

Tea, coffee, sugar are not replenished daily. No hairdryer in bathroom. No breakfast included in the already quite high price. Internet ridiculously expensive and quite slow!

The hotel has a very nice view & the walk near the river is very nice.

The lobby is very small & no place to set with friends or just to wait. There is no porters to carry the luggage & the girls at the recepition desk help with the luggage , which is not very nice, because luggage pieces are heavy. One has also to pay for internet service. Which is not usual beecause internet service is in most places free.

Excellent location for walking around Frankfurt. Many nearby restaurants and shops. Excellent wellness and spa facilities. The rate was great because I had a weekend special, during the week it is much more expensive so maybe the price-performance isn't as good then.

The hotel staff went out of their way to assist my wife with her medication. We needed a large cooler and the hotel manager took care of things immediately and with great courtesy. They met us in the lobby the day of our check-out to be sure things were in order. Great attention to detail. Also, the breakfast was superb!!!
