 Eventhough I requested rooms on the same floor, we were offered rooms on two different floors. We were not told that the phone in the room works only if we request it from the front desk. This info is not provided in the booklet in the room either. I found the staff rather rude. The elevator was not working for most of our stay. We were not provided with help to carry suitcases down from floor 5 and 4. |
