| heavy street noise even when window was closed. bad smell in bathroom, expensive fee for parking garage (18€), extra fee for WLAN (15€ per day), expensive breakfast (18€), I wouldn´t stay there another night. Electrical wiring on the wall not in the wall. |

Parking garage / excellent location for touring the city, metro & train / once both windows are closed, the room is very quite

| Had to purchase internet access (online description does not state)/ price of rooms too high for comparison / no face cloths / parking garage rate too high $19EU/day / breakfast extremely too high $18EU / if AC is expected, don't, this is a puff of air only, must have windows open, quit noisy / do not exchange money here (poor rates), bank close by / ice is a commodity / careful no shower doors |

staff were very friendly, responsive and helpful; ambience is good, restaurant is very good; location is excellent.

| by international hotel standards attention to housekeeping detail could be improved. It was somewhat "basic": bedspread was not clean, toilet was oderous... soap dispenser mechanism was stuck; only one thin pillow |

| The restaurant was CLOSED in the evening!! They explained that business was very quiet (January)..but I had specifically chosen the hotel as I wanted to eat there in the evening. As a 4 star hotel they MUST have a restaurant I believe. No reduction was made in the cost for this loss of facility. |

It is very clean and quite nice room. Location is good (not too far from either the station and old town).

Nicely furnished, modern hotel. Lighting in the room was excellent, which often is not the case in mid-range European hotels.
