leider völlig unflexibel, was eine Stornierung betrifft, trotz rechtzeitige Absage wegen Krankheit wurde die volle no show Gebühr von 179 Euro kassiert, obwohl angeboten wurde, sofort eine bzw. mehrere neue Übernachtungen zu reservieren. Wir sind ein internationales Unternehmen und hätten dieses Hotel bestimmt häufiger gebucht, leider hat das dort niemand interessiert, somit können wir dieses Hotel auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Location was ideal for easy access to our office, as well as to the transit system. Also easy walking distance to the Olympic park. The food was great and the breakfast selection was terrific. People very friendly and accommodating.

I would have appreciated an alarm clock/radio.

The gentlemen at the front desk were absolutely awesome!!! It was nice to have Internet access in the lobby area.

The television was a bit annoying in how it worked with the remote and being able to change the language and the remote was not sensitive to touch. Internet access charges were misleading. I paid for 24 hours of internet but it didn't state that is was 24 hrs. from the time I signed up vs. a total of 24 actual hours of usage. Very misleading. If actual hours of usage, price was good. If only valid for 24 hours, it was very expensive because if you're in a hotel, you are not in your room the whole time - usually just morning, evening for the business traveller. Next time, we would choose a hotel that Internet service was a small charge if any charge at all.

clean atmosphere very friendly staff well decorated and designed hotel with modern rooms flat screen with top-movies available (on demand) subway is only 3min in walking distance

on demand movies are quiet expensive
