"1. Room quality is well equipped and in good quality 2. Staffs are very nice and friendly"
 
"1. Cleanliness: the room 1329 has a strange smell like cigarette smell 2. Breakfast/food: during the breakfast time, the venue at floor 3 was over-load. Support staffs did not have enough time and capacity to clean up the dinning tables. The environment was so noisy due to too much people talk and call each other to find spare places for breakfast. 3. Sports/Wellness: set-up of pool dinner for a conference event was not so efficient and impact to the customer who were swimming. The swimmers and family including kids had to pass some food corners. It might be dangerous cuz the kids would played around and hit the hot cooker."
