Positive Initial receptionist (female) was well presented and polite. Morning receptionist (male)clean and tidy but barely grunted when I handed in the key. Negative Communal bathroom, particularly the showers, appeared grubby with used bath mats all screwed up still on the floor. Bed had one blanket which was only what I would describe as "half size."
