TV reception bad,limited channels. Shower,very bad.just droplets.very weak. Cabinet serves no purpose,hanger position too close,clothes overlapping. first nite,highest rate,landed in basement room,window cannot open,sound of trains very loud,rolling dum,dum,dumm all the time.

Hotel was clean and in a very good location close to the tube station. The personnel were very helpful and nice.

The picture on the internet showed the room to be much larger than it was.

Staff very friendly.

When I arrived to my room which was on the lower ground floor it was very dark. Two lamps needed replacement bulbs, there was no microwave, there was no hairdryer and the shower had mould in it, also the curtains did not fit across the window. I also could not open the window because there was a note on it explaining that it was to be repaired. After all this I tried to settle to sleep, the noise of the trains every minute rumbling kept me awake. Id had enough by this stage, I went to reception and demanded another room. They moved me at 2am to their sister hotel across the road and I stayed there which was much better. Overall I was not happy with this hotel. When I arrived as well, there were others demanding to change rooms.
