My bathroom sink pipe began to leak and I mopped it with my room towels, I called down to the front desk and I was told they may not be able to help me. A gentleman appeared and brought towels and I asked if they would fix it..I was told no and that I should continue to mop up as needed. This was at night, not daytime. I felt this was so rude. I did not choose your hotel to mop a leak at night.I talked to front desk and I was told the same thing. PLease, tell me was this my job?

Luxury hotel. Big room. Everything was perfect. Nice touch that it feels like you have an outside window when you don't.

Even if I dunno if I care that much for this type of personality-lacking perfection, there's just nothing to complain about.

Excellent location as Kempinski seems to have kept the "monopoly" of a Munich airport located hotel. This ensure a walking distance experience for the traveler and that's certainly convenient.

The negative side of the great airport location is that Kempinski makes you pay that, and probably makes you overpay that. No breakfast included, everything is to be paid extra. Room price is high for 1990s surroundings and ambiance. Dull and no innovation in comfort or entertainment whatsoever.

unbeatable location for transit passengers.

a bit pricy, and quite far from downtown. Public transport though (train) is very convenient. Being a strictly business hotel - should have FREE internet access in the room.
