Great design and great staff. Upon arrival the GSM greeted us and escorted me to my room, which was a nice touch i.e Ritz Carlton. Overall the staff was ver friendly and responsive to my requests.

| Since the hotel is rather new there are a couple of hick-ups which is normal. The bar Gold Bar?? was a little out of the way and tucked in this massive open space at the back of the hotel which could have been better situated. The front lobby lacked a little feel and comfort no music and the lights are too bright during the evening hours. But these are very minor issues. |
