I think for a mexican standard it is ok but you don't get what you paid for. The air condition was not functioning properly. The laundry was bad. It looked like they have washed instead of dry cleaning as the colours fade out. They've manupulated the breakfast bills by adding tips for them :) which I've asked to take it out when I saw by checkout. Although at the reception, I was told I would get a reciept after payment for the (hotel) taxi. The driver didn't want to provide the bill by telling he doesn't have any. I had to force him to call the hotel reception then he said he found it :).
