Button in the elevator - groud floor , lobby ,and first floor is the same. get rid of fist floor button in the elevator. It is misleading!

Please coordinate with your front desk staff on duty always that we are not going to pay for our hotel accommodation incurred since our company{EA France) will always be the one to pay for it.
most of the time on duty front desk staff would always ask us to pay for it. I think there is something wrong with the endorsements among staffs? Thanks!
