Location is clode to SAP office which is convenient for us as employees. It is also one of nearer locations in town to the airport.
Spa area is nice, but spa prices are too high for China (price for a massage for example - why would I pay twice as much in China than in Germany?).
Noise level is unacceptable for me. Particularly the window to the thru street was like having my bed in the middle of the road. One would expect that a hotel this price range has noice proof windows, but you hear every car or truck and they honk their horns (which seems typical in China) the entire night thru. For me: Most horrible night ever. It improved after moving me to the other side (no thru road), but still not ideal.

Love the attentiveness of the housekeepers who went to the details in cleaning my room so neat and span everyday after I return from work. Staff also apologied on being unable to provide me a king-sized bed upfront but compensated me with a good view on a high floor. When I queried about the free internet, the helpdesk staff was able to "open" up the free access for me within 2 mins and advised me to check my bill upon check-out to ensure I had not been charged on the use of internet.
I had requested for a non-smoking room but when I first arrived, there was a very strong cigarette smell in the room. The smell diminished over the days. Could have done better to ensure the room was really a non-smoking room before I check-in.

very nice rooms : spacious and all comfort. Excellent location, close to metro and shopping mall. A good choice of restaurants in the hotel and in the streets around the hotel
Room service took 1h15 minutes to get the food
Check in was cumbersome and very slow where the agent asked for a deposit which is twice the roomprice. I am there every quarter and this seems to be a new policy. Check in was very clumsy.
Internet is very slow. Don't even try to stream audio or video.

There were no breakfirst included in my package.
I did not try the sports facility either, hence no comment.
I did not took the chocolate from my minibar but received a claiming paper saying that a chocolate has been taken. Although I was not charged after explaining the truth while check out, it makes me a bit concerned about the security or the credibility of the staff there.

This is one of my Top 3 favourite hotels globally. The room is just right, has everything you need and the housekeeping staff do a fantastic job each day.
The restaurants have something for each mood from snack to full meals. If not enough in hotel then there is a massive high-class shopping and food mall 2 minutes walk away.
The hotel staff are really polite and nothing is too much trouble.
Location-wise, the hotel is to the East of tourist sites such as Forbidden City - it took me 20 mins and 2Yuan to get there. Its aboutr the same to the Olympic Park.
I didn't try the pool or Spa so have no experience of these.
