Have a coffee bar in the lobby
Room 334 does not have WiFi, I was not able to get any signal - staff told me to ask helpdesk (but they won't change the router anyway).
It was a rainy day and I did ask the front desk for an umbrella, just for a few minutes - they don't have any but I got the friendly advise to buy one.

Good location for hatton cross station & travelling into central London.
Sound proofing from external noise (airport) was very effective. However the internal walls have very little soundproofing and I could hear the people in the room next door talking.

Great location for the Heathrow area if you are there on business etc. Right beside the Hatton Cross Tube Station (Picadilly Line), so access to central London if you need it (50 minutes on tube). Free shuttle bus on the hour and half past the hour to SAP UK office/Bedfont Road. Grey bus, number BL1. Breakfast is very good.
Its a busy hotel, mostly with overnighters from flights etc. Reception and lifts can be quite busy, but I suppose this is to be expected.

The Hotel refused to honour the corporate benefits I recieved on previous visits. Breakfast was not included, was not entitled to Internet access or to the SAP shuttle. The room was really noisey, could hear everything from the guests next room along.
After several stays here because its close to the office, I've decided to use a different hotel in future. COndidtions of stay should not change like that one visit to the next.

I had a horrible experience and will never come back to this hotel.
I could not book the corporare rate as it was not available. I talked to the Staff as I needed to use the SAP shuttle and internet to work. I have been told that it will be sorted and never was. The bad of the bedroom was broken and the staff really unfriendly
