Housed in an historical building, the interior of the property is modern and innovative, with each of its 4 flours decorated according to four concepts: Pop, Zen, Tribu and Urban. With 55 rooms in total, the hotel offers wireless internet (free of charge) and a welcome cocktail upon arrival. Each of the 55 rooms is equipped with air conditioning, minibar, a safe, a desk and a complimentary Nespresso coffee machine. Bathrobes and slippers are provided along with Rituals' amenities.

The Rossio Wine & Bar invites guests to sample local Portuguese wine and enjoy the views of the square whilst nestled in an intimate, elegant room, and the Heaven Room houses a library, living room and massage space in which to truly relax and unwind. A delicious buffet breakfast is served daily at the Naoki restaurant, soon to be open for lunch and dinner.
