Zimmer war 14.00 Uhr noch nicht bezugfähig, nachdem wir dann später einchecken wollten, wurde uns gesagt, dass wir keine Reservierung hätten, das Personal wirkte etwas überfordert
das Frühstücksbufett war schlechter als sonst, insbesondere waren Obstsalat, Rühreier, Wurst um 10.00 Uhr (es gibt bis 12.00 Uhr Frühstück)schon leer und es wurde nur zum Teil (und dann auch sehr langsam) nachgefüllt |

At the third morning the room-service rang first at 9 o'clock and than came in, even though we didn't answer. The room-service were coming again at 11 o'clock, even though the check-out-time was 12 o'clock. |

| Dem Personal im Restaurant beim Frühstück hat etwas die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit gefehlt, obwohl zu dieser Zeit sehr wenig los war. |
