Ambassador members are denied access to lounge simply because they have booked their rooms at the negogiated corporate rate. This is clearly discrimination and totally unacceptable. To access the lounge, one has to "upgrade" to higher room rate!!

The room, staff and location of the hotel is very good. The staff was very friendly and very sweet in dealing with the cusomters. Just remember that you present your card for payment the very first day you arrive in the hotel, otherwise they'll block your limits on your card which is not good.

Good safe location. Many local eateries and bars, shops etc

Hotel is dated. Soundproofing is poor and if you are on the wrong side of the hotel, traffic noise is quite bad.

Well located in a secure, upmarket environment. Hundred of restaurants and bars in the area.

Quite expensive with extras. Coffee in the room is charged for. Better to go to Starbucks across the road.

Very classy hotel on the outside and in the main lobby.

$18 a day for internet. Are you kidding me? No pool. Food very expensive and difficult to get a seat in a restaurant for breakfast.

Location is very good for Europeans with a lot of restaurants and bars in the neares neighbourhood

The best years of this hotel have been passed since a long time; it is worn out through long residence and not enough refurbishment. The gym has the charme of a funeral hall. Hotels next to it have far better furnishings for same price relation.

Good location in Mexico City with numerous places in walking distance where you do not feel unsafe.

Room captured noise quite a bit at night making it difficult to sleep.

Comfortable hotel in general. Good facilities and enough food, shopping options in hotel. Excellent restaurant and shopping options (safe too) locally. Must mention should be two Starbucks Coffee adjacent to hotel

EXTREMELY hard beds - this is the only negative I encountered - other than a very long wait one evening to check in - when the desk was understaffed.
