Room with enough space and a nice view on the city from 28th floor.
Location at Shinagawa station is quite favorable for getting to different locations.
I did not have breakfast and use recreation facilities this time, therefore no judgement on that. But for sure a very appealing breakfast/restaurant area.
Nothing negative.
