I got a very a good prie on hotel.de, so I was satisfied at this hotel. The location is good which is near by westbahnhof.

This hotel will charge the internet access in the room (8 Euro/hr), only in public area(1F, a small area) is free, but it still need to get account from the desk which available for 30 mins, I thought that is quite inconvenient.

I have stayed 3 times in this Hotel and I will come again, because it's very nicely situated across the Westbahnhof (West-Train station) on Mariahilferstreet one of the main shopping streets. Breakfast buffet is rich and very good too.

A bid away from the touristic spots as they are in the 1st Bezirk the center! It needs a subway ride of about 10 minutes. The Hotel Restaurant is open only until 3pm. Many Beggers near on Mariahilferstreet.

Matresses are too soft, we had to change the room to one with 2 separate beds in order to sleep properly, because two people cannot sleep in the same bed (the slightest move reverberates in the entire bed). Some spiderwebs in remote locations in the rooms.

With the double-glazing it is very sound proof when the window is closed, but also way too stuffy and causes head aches by the time you wake up. There is not enough ventilation in the room. And the shower clogged up and did not drain properly after about 30 seconds in the shower

1. This Hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel. It is highly overrated. At best it is a 3 star. 2. The rooms are VERY, VERY small, it looks like a transit hotel. 3.Please review your position on the stars raiting, it is not the first time that I book a 4 star Hotel and get to spend the night in a 2 - 3 Star Hotel.By the way the price I pay is for a 4 star Hotel !

I hate that a 4 star Hotel like this, does provide free Internet access to its customers. You have to pay for Internet access eigther for 1 hour 1.5 Euro or for 24 hours 19 Euros.

Very pleasant hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Only difficulty was finding it from the train station. The hotel is very near the train station but not directly connected to it. The directions posted in the train station by the hotel were not really sufficient in my opinion. However, after wandering around a bit I found it.
