I was very pleased and surprised by how quite this hotel was being so close to the airport. The nearby air traffic was barely noticeable. I would highly recommend this hotel to other people looking for a clean, quite hotel conveniently located close to Frankfurt Airport.
 
Not so easy to find without a GPS.

I really enjoyed my stay there. Very nice clean rooms. Ability to sit outside rest after a long day of travel and have a beer. Would recommend to others.

I did realy appreciate the decission not to invoice the previous night which I, due to the fact of the strike, cancelled too late.
 
It's not the quality but it is the price, why I rated the breakfast that low.

Clean, modern furniture and spacious rooms
 
Staff not friendly, starts conversation with guest regularly with a "But". Check in at noon time "But our check in normally is at 1400!!", request to store suitcase after departure for a limited time "but for this you normally have to pay 2 EUR/day/piece!", request for Miles for Airline Program "But with this rate you are not entitled to!" etc.

Silent, parking space available
 
Though located close to Airport takes 45 min due to fixed shuttle bus timings. Parking is charged, should be available free of charge for guests. Quite difficult to find with Navi too. Frequency of trains to Hauptbahnhoff is low

Not really beneficial being close to the airport. You still have to drive on the Autobahn to get there. You have to pay for parking at the hotel! Dinner buffet is 28 euros!

Rooms quiet and clean with efficient staff.
 
These days, most hotels give complimentary internet access, either cabled or wi-fi and it is very disappointing that you have to pay for internet access!! Rules too rigid...if you decided not to have breakfast the night before you cannot change your mind the next day or vice versa!

Basically the rate is not too high, however, breakfast adds with 20 EUR and as there was more or less no service available, price performance ratio is bad.
 
My room was booked without breakfast. When I tried to enter the breakfast restaurant the turnstile blocked and I had first to pay my breakfast. And there was no service, I had to pick myself even the coffee, for 20 EUR! In the bathroom there was only one small towel and except soap none of the usual amenities/accessories available. And room was not properly cleaned, there was still hair in shower cabine and bed.

Shuttle service was on time. Staff friendly and fast. Two bed rooom spacy and clean. Good preparation for emergency - special program in two languages...otherwise nice closets and fresh linen.
 
Bathroom was ok but shower (looked like used often) looked not too clean - would require some touch up (new paint ?) They could offer some lotion for girls..only liquid soap was available.
