Trotz Sonderwunsch bei der Bestellung "Nichtraucherzimmer" bekam ich ein Raucherzimmer. Angeblich ausgebucht.
Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert.

I was put to a smokers room!!! It took several reminds to get that changed. I was offered to go to disable room and everything. Just when I said to leave the Hotel and go somewhere else , I got a non smoking room:
I was surprised that there is still smokers rooms in your Hotel? |

Booked including breakfast and it was very good.
Room was basic and clean.
Nice shower facility.

Very modern, trendy, fashionable decor. Fitness center is very nice. Free highspeed internet. Room was average size, but comfortable and warm.

Internet connection doesn't permit VPN. Food is too expensive and quality and selection is very poor. Though fitness center is nice there isn't enough equipment; one of each type. |

The Staff who were present were very pleasant and tried to be helpful. The room while not large was clean and nicely furnished if a little "cold' feeling. The showr however was superb: great water pressure,clean and comfortable

On a Friday night check in there was no one in the hotel at the Desk for five minutes, no help for luggage and only one person in the restaurant.The location is in a business park and restaurants even for an overnight stay are few with limited choice of cuisine.
The AC did NOT function at all. I was told to leave it on and it would work this was never the case. No fan control and no air conditioning in this class od hotle in summer is not appropriate. |

Very modern. Complimentary internet performance was excellent allowing for use of VoIP with nor problems at all. Good facilities to spend the day on business.

Could do with some snacks in the min bar service - or at least a small bowl of fruit in the room. An airport shuttle service would also be handy. |
