The "Importanne Resort" is composed of several hotels.

 "Hotel Ariston" is located on the Lapad peninsula along the clean crystal Adriatic Sea, 4 km from the Old Town of Dubrovnik. With a bus stop 70 meters away from the hotel, the Old Town is directly accessible from Ariston. The airport is approximately 25 km away.

 It provides 115 double/connected luxury room of which 62 offer a view over the sea and the remainder have a view of our garden.

All restaurants, the à la carte restaurant, the buffet restaurant and the beach bar close to the pools, have been recently renovated. The beach bar extends to an open terrace with comfortable seating.

An outdoor pool for adults and an outdoor pool for children as well as a beach with blue flag, awarded for safety and cleanliness are at our guests disposal. Please note that pets are not allowed.

"Hotel Neptun" offers 92 double/connected rooms with view of the sea.

Every apartment in "Importanne Suites" conveys a peaceful and classical design enriched by lively colours so that you may rest in privacy and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.

Built in the 1930s from the same white stone used in the old Dubrovnik summer houses, "Villa Elita" has been recently renovated to the highest standard providing accommodation for up to 12 people. Quiet at night, spectacular by day, Villa Elita is the embodiment of a luxurious holiday in Dubrovnik and welcomes you with its brilliant location, tasteful décor, luxurious comfort and fine elegance. An aperitif bar, a dining room and a wine cellar, all situated on the ground floor are at your disposal. The aperitif bar with its fireplace is perfect for intimacy while the wine cellar is independently cooled to preserve the rich selection of wines. All bedrooms provide a Jacuzzi bathtub in their bathroom while the presidential suites’ bathrooms have corner Jacuzzi bathtubs and marble-covered shower cabins.
